The 05 May 2026 Patriotic Bee Meeting will be held at 1000 (a/m), at Englewood Presbyterian Church, 100 So. Englewood Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.

We will do a QOV presentation on Sunday, May 24^th.  It will take place after church services, which Pastor Rob says is usually over around 11:30.  As of now we also talked about having refreshments and social after as well.  Sign-Up Sheet for Refreshment Volunteers for the Presentation will circulate at our 05 May Meeting.

If you need material for any of your Patriotic or QOV donations, please remember you can give Duane a call and set a time to “shop” from our Patriotic Bee fabric stash.

Pillowcase Kits will hopefully available at the May meeting.  We can sew them at the meeting or, if you prefer, you could take some kits home to sew.

Please bring something you are working on, if you would like  ~OR~  sew pillowcases.  Duane will provide an iron “station” for your convenience.  Duane hopes to also have a few QOV kits cut out.   Sign-Up Sheet for future Quilt Kit Volunteers will also be available at our 05 May Meeting.

Please don’t forget to bring donation Food Items for the (EPC) Backpack Program.  Suggested Food Items are listed below:
